Everything You Need for Automated Collections

The Automated Collection Module (ACM) is a cloud-based voice broadcast system that saves you time and money by automatically contacting your customers.

With the ACM module you can target overdue accounts, customers due within a specific date range, or even your entire database. Messages are pre-recorded and flexible—set different recordings for past due dates, broken commitments, or promotions.

The system can also send text messages if you have RTO Pro SMS texting enabled, giving you a complete solution for collections, reminders, and marketing. Once scheduled, ACM runs entirely unattended. At the designated time it builds a call list from your saved template and begins dialing automatically.

Overview of the Automated Collections Module

The Automated Collections Module (ACM) is used to automatically dial your customers and play a pre-recorded message. It has a recording mode built in that you can use to create the recordings you wish to use. Once started it will dial all the customer in the list you create unattended.

You can create customer lists to call by entering up to 5 different due date ranges and selecting the message you wish to play for each date range. You can also setup a different message for broken commitments if you wish. You can also setup dialing rules so the ACM knows how to dial your customers phone #'s (when you have to dial a 1 or the area code).

Setup Mode

Setup Mode is where you setup options for the Automated Collections Module. You can also setup the ACM to run completely automated from this screen.

Dialing Mode
Dialing Mode displays the call list and begins contacting customers when you click "Begin Calling." Records are highlighted with status updates as calls progress. Customers who make a payment or new commitment after the list is created will not be called.

Recording Mode

Recording Mode lets you create, save, play, and delete customer messages. Recordings made here are stored in the list and can be used later in Report Mode.

Report Mode

Report Mode lets you build a call list by setting up to five due date ranges with messages for each, plus optional messages for broken commitments. Customers appear only once in the list, based on the top priority range. Customers with current commitments or payments after a commitment date are excluded.
